Q. Do you deliver to my area?
A. Groceries 2 Go, Inc. is ever expanding it's area of delivery. At this time we deliver to the Anchorage area only, but check with us periodically to see if your area has been added.
We deliver based upon the area of Anchorage in which you live and specific days are assigned to each area. Please refer to our Delivery Area section for more information. |

Q. Can I trust Groceries 2 Go to pick my meats, produce and other fresh foods for me?
A. Absolutely! We will shop for all your requested products as if we were shopping for ourselves, including checking the expiration dates. If we feel that it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for you. |

Q. Will you shop at the warehouse stores like Sam's Club and Costco?
A. Yes, however, we ask that you be familiar with the items that these stores carry. These items usually come in bulk and they often carry brands that are not found at the neighborhood grocery stores. Bulk items will not be” broken down”. |

Q. Can I purchase alcohol or tobacco products through Groceries 2 Go?
A. Groceries 2 Go, Inc. will not deliver alcohol or tobacco products. |

Q. Can I use coupons?
A. Groceries 2 Go has memberships with all the major grocery stores in the Anchorage area. These memberships allow us to receive any discount prices for the products being purchased, which we in turn, pass on to you. No coupons are necessary. |

Q. Why doesn't Groceries 2 Go have prices listed for the products we wish to purchase?
A. Prices at the different grocery stores change all the time. Since we have memberships at each of the locations, we will receive the discounted or advertised prices for the items automatically and in turn, pass that savings on to you. You will receive an itemized and priced copy of your grocery list at the time of delivery. |

Q. Will I receive an individual receipt from the grocery store at which my items were purchased?
A. Because we may be shopping for more than one person at a time, obtaining individual store receipts for each order would be difficult. and time consuming. We will give you an itemized, priced copy of the grocery list you submitted at the time of delivery. Original store receipts will be kept on file and a copy may be requested. |

Q. How specific do I need to be on my grocery list?
A. Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Groceries 2 Go experience, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your list. With thousands of grocery items available, product description when necessary is important. We want to be sure that we get it right for you the first time, and every time. |

Q. Will you substitute items that might not be available?
A. Yes, unless you specify otherwise. To ensure that your order is completed to your satisfaction, our shoppers will use the following guidelines when making substitutions:
If you do not specify a particular brand, our shoppers will select one that is of good quality.
If a specific size is not listed, the medium size will be chosen.
If the product is out of stock we will substitute with a different comparable brand.
If it is not possible to substitute a brand or size, the item will be deleted from your list and you will be notified at the time of delivery.
Groceries 2 Go will not be held responsible for out of stock items
If you do not wish to have items substituted, please indicate this at the time of your order. |

Q. How long will it take to receive my order after I have placed it?
A. Delivery days and times are filled on a first come, first served basis. Our delivery areas are broken up and those areas are serviced on specific days. We recommend that you place your order several days prior to the scheduled delivery day for your area. Although due to the demand for our service we cannot guarantee a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. |

Q. What are the fees associated with your service?
A. The cost for our service is based upon the total cost of your order. If your grocery order totals less than $150, your fee is $25.
If your grocery order is $150 or more, your fee is 20% of the total.

Q. How do I pay for my groceries and the fee?
A. Groceries 2 Go accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and personal checks. We cannot accept government issued food stamps at this time. We will not accept cash for the safety of our drivers. Payment will be accepted at the time of delivery only. |

Q. Are there any other fees I should be aware of?
A. Groceries 2 Go will charge additional fees for such instances as returned checks or for re-delivery of an order. An additional $25.00 will be imposed for a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds. If redelivery of an order is necessary due to the customer not being available at the originally scheduled time, an additional $15.00 re-delivery fee will be added to the total.
If Groceries 2 Go is notified within a reasonable amount of time or if an emergency arises that prevents you from being available to accept delivery, your delivery time can be rescheduled or rerouted. Please make every effort to notify us prior to delivery to avoid additional charges.
